menu for the week of jan 2


Today’s Wednesday Menu will be:

Bahamian chicken junkanoo with coconut almond rice

Chicken pieces marinated in a teriyaki/anise sauce then baked; served with Coconut almond rice, salad and bread. $8.19

Shepherd’s Pie

Ground beef sautéed with onions, olives, hard boiled eggs and raisins; between layers of mashed potatoes and baked to perfection; served with salad and bread. $8.19

Soup of the day: Split Pea



Thursday’s Menu will be:

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Stuffed chicken breasts with ham and cheese covered with Japanese pan-ko breadcrumbs then baked; served with Mornay sauce, green peas, mashed potatoes and salad $8.29

Cuban sandwich

French bread coat it with mayo/mustard sauce toped with sliced pork loin, ham, Swiss cheese and pickles in this popular sandwich; served with chips or salad. $7.99

Soup of the day: Chicken Noodle



Friday’s Menu will be:

Black and White Sesame Salmon “New”

Salmon filets crusted with black/white sesame seeds and baked’ served with white rice with mushrooms in a Chinese sauce. $8.39

Leeks Tart “New”

Diced leeks mixed with eggs, assorted chesses, cream and seasoning; served with salad and bread. $7.99
