Today's nba finals hot dogs

An explanation of the miami heat and Oklahoma themed hot dogs  

The heat-dog: 

     It represents miami's spicy yet smooth mentality. It's a 5 kinds chili pepper onion sauce that its spicy and sweet with a homemade Monterey jack cheese sauce topped with bacon chips. 

The thunder-dog: 

     For the thunder I went with a BBQ theme. It has a sweet and tart mustard BBQ sauce topped with smoked onions (they were supposed to be blue) and then potato strings on top. 

Today's lunch of beer bratwurst & sauerkraut comes with a side of mashed potatoes and bacon gravy ( Yes bacon gravy) with salad and bread.
