Emerils grilled salmon pan bagnat sandwich:
Olive tapenade spread over crusty ciabatta bread layered with grilled salmon, slice tomatoes, onions, red peppers, and hard boiled egg; served with potato chips or salad. $7.89

Mac and Cheese Venetian style:
Wide egg noodles baked with a mixture of diced boiled ham and cheeses baked until the saucebubbles and the cheese melts and begins to brown on top; served with salad and bread. $7.49
