Monday Lunch Specials

Roast pork loin $7.89

A Latin spice rubbed pork loin baked with potatoes, yams, onions and carrots. Served with salad and bread.

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken $7.89
A grilled chicken breast topped with tomatoes basil and garlic with a side of rice, salad and bread.

Soup of the day: Lentil soup

 

Tuesday Lunch Specials

Irish Corned beef: $7.99
Corned beef served with sautéed cabbage, red potatoes and salad.
Chicken Caesar salad $7.79
An American lunch staple made the coco’s way. Fresh herbs and homemade bread croutons with a gourmet parmesan crisp with baked chicken breast served with a wheat roll.

Soup of the day: roasted garlic and butternut squash


Wednesday Lunch Specials

Chicken quesadilla $7.89

Chicken, peppers and onions with melted Monterey jack and cheddar cheese in a tortilla. Salsa sour cream and guacamole on the side

Spaghetti and meatballs $7.89

Pasta in a homemade sauce with meatballs, served with house salad and bread.

Thursday Lunch Specials

Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya :$7.99

Cajun cuisine makes it to Coco’s this rice dish has a mix of shrimp, spicy sausage, and chicken. served with house salad and bread.  

Sloppy Joe: with rice $7.79 on a bun $7.50

Seb’s famous sloppy Joe mix served on a baguette or over rice. On rice with salad and bread.

Friday Lunch Specials

For the month of August I will be making “Gourmet Food truck inspired dishes” 
For This last week we will be doing a cheese steak truck. Lots of different cheeses, sauces, onion styles and fixings, all made to order.
