Menu for the first week of August 2011


Monday Lunch Specials Chicken quesadilla $7.89

Chicken, peppers and onions with melted Monterey jack and cheddar cheese in a tortilla. Salsa sour cream and guacamole on the side

Cheese steak, with baked fries. $7.59

Seb’s specialty, seasoned rib eye steak mixed with sautéed onions and covered with cheese.

Soup of the day:  grilled tomato and red Pepper soup

 

Tuesday Lunch Specials

Jerk chicken $7.99
Marinated chicken served with farmers mash and veggies.

Zucchini Boats $7.79

Stuffed with ground turkey and zucchini chunks served with rice salad and bread.   

Soup of the day: Chicken Noodle


Wednesday Lunch Specials

Pork loin with mustard sauce$7.99

A seasoned pork loin with a homemade mustard sauce served with rice and baked veggies.

Cottage  Pie $7.89

Ground beef sautéed with onions, peas carrots and celery make the traditional cottage pie with a cheddar cheese crust. Served with salad and bread

Soup of the day: green chili and chicken

 

Thursday Lunch Specials

Salmon quiche. $7.79
Served with salad and bread this quiche will have salmon herbed goat cheese and scallions in a blend of tastes that is unique and delicious

Spinach and Mushrooms stuffed chicken $7.89

The name says it all, served with house salad, rice and bread. Its better eaten than explained.

Friday Lunch Specials

For the month of August I will be making “Gourmet Food truck inspired dishes”
